The clinical definition of constipation is described as having fewer than three bowel movements a week. The Meg Richichi rule is no fewer than 2 to 3 bowel movements DAILY.
Presently, 75% to 90% of my clients initially struggle with constipation. They also have struggled with gas, bloat, PMS, PCOS, infertility, skin issues, endometriosis, fibroid, depression, anxiety, Hashimoto’s, seizures, and cancer.
I asked Sande Bargeron to join me today on THLZ. She is a double-boarded PA with a degree in General Practice Medicine and an additional Masters in Anesthesiology. Sande’s focus is Chronic Fatigue, Lyme Disease, Covid Long-Haulers Syndrome, and Holistic Anesthesia Recovery.
We both agree that the number one priority for a client is addressing constipation before tackling any other health issues, including detoxification!  Join Sande and me as we take a deep dive into the whys, the hows– most importantly, what you can do to resolve constipation.
